Pointy Butt

My horse Buzz has a pointy butt I'm not to sure if it is because he isnt fed enough and if that's the case we are getting a big roll of hay for the paddock or if its a lack of muscle which I know you can go up hill to help but there isnt really many around where I live...
anyway pics

His butt isnt to terrible...a couple more pounds an a small amount of hill work couldnt hurt. What breed is he? My gelding has a fair amount of TB in him and he has a similar butt to your horse...my gelding had the exact same butt untill I put 50 more pounds on him...and even now he doesnt have a big butt...

If you lacking on hills try other things that use the rear end...ive found trotting will work the top line an shoulders but loping helps with the buttocks lol though not nearly as much as the hill work...

So yea...maybe a tad more weight and a bit more work out...if the rest of him looks good this is all ya need lol

I agree with above post, though his hind end probably Is going to be a bit more "pointer" because he is a TB.
