Potomac horse flu vaccine

We are currently in the process of moving my mare. The new barn requires a Potomac flu vaccine annually: does a vet have to administer this vaccine or could I just purchase one from a feed store?

If you know how to administer vaccines, you can buy the Potomac Horse Fever one and give it yourself. You just need to make sure the BO is fine with YOU giving it to your mare. I'd ask first and see what type of proof she needs to show that the mare got the vaccine.
