Pressure Sores under saddle

Hi, i'm not sure if this is the right place to write this, but I really need help! We tried a new saddle on my horse because her old one doesn't fit. I rode in it for maybe 30 minutes, then the next day I felt that she had lots of lumps on her back. I carried on using the saddle for 2 more days as I felt that the saddle couldn't have done that to her back so quickly, they came up very fast and were very hard. Then I decided to stop using the saddle and wait for the lumps to clear up. I haven't ridden her for 9 days yet the lumps haven't gone down yet. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

Possible it's an allergy, insect bites or such?

But yes, you just put something tight, weighted & with lumps on your back & go about your business & see how long it takes for you to be hurting & bruised - it's very possibly due to the saddle.
