I'm not real sure but I think the probiotics are a naturally occurring bacteria/enzyme rather than a chemical type thing

Probiotics are the bacteria in teh gut

Digective Enaymes are the acids that break the food down in the stomach

A probiotic contains live "good" bacteria that are supposed to help digest food.
A prebiotic (or digestive aid), contains nutrition for the "good" bacteria that are already present in the gut.
