Only a vet can accurately diagnose what is wrong, but the goal is usually to make the heat go away. Cold hosing or icing the leg for 15 minutes twice a day is probably the place to start.

He is sore in his suspensory tendon theres not hardly any heat anymore but he was shod reccently like normal every 7 weeks and the tendon is tighter than the other leg no pain or limp or not even any thing when I touch it its just differnt
