    Question Rain Scould?

    Hi there!
I'm in need of some help!

I have 2 out of 3 horses that currently have rain scould, or something along the lines of it ..( it all started from a skin reaction to a chemical in the rug and with sweat and humidity,, the fungi/bacteria started to grow/spread..)

It started on one horse and now passed to the other,,) It is based mainly on their flanks and back. Its in the flakey, slightly scabby stage...
Have been washing them in diluted Iodine, selsun ( anti dandruff sh/poo) and one has already had a series of anti-biotics....
But it seems not to be working.... as of yet.. however its been a week or two...

Does anyone know of some great 'miracle' treatments,?!
I am really disliking the idea of taking them both to the vet ....

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
    Many thanks =)
