I like the sound of the ration balancers and have found a source for Kent Horsego 32. So far, so good, but now I'm deciding whether to feed it with or without grain and whether to go with the Horsego 12 or 32 (Mo eats mostly grass hay from a round bale, but gets a flake or two of grass/alfalfa mix when he comes in to eat once a day). He is a good weight and has a good topline--is currently getting a small amount of Purina Equine Senior along with a vit/min flaxseed supplement, Horseshine. He's an easy keeper. I wouldn't rock the boat, but the ration balancers seem more wholesome, from what I've read on here, than the very sweet Equine Senior. Thanks for any advice!
