1/4 cup molasses
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
Combine grated carrot, apple, corn oil and molasses I'm a mixing bowl and blend well. Gradually fold in salt, rolled oats, and flour and continue blending. Drop the dough on spoonfulls two inches apart on an un greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

There's one called apple and carrot pie, but I hasn't made it before. I thought about making it today. :) I'm copying this word or word.

Corn oil
4 apples
4 carrots, diced
Cover the bottom of re pie pan with corn oil. Spread 1/4 cup of sugar to coat the bottom. Slice apples horizontally in half inch peices. Lay the apples and carrots over sugar. Pour more corn oil over the pie and sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar evenly over the top. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve with a large spoon; feeds several horses. Can be baked. Cook at 300 degrees until warm. Serve after cooled.
