Jealous of everyones warm winters!! Here in central nsw im pretty sure its like maxing 5Degrees today and like -3 tonight! My horses water trough has a 15mm thick layer of ice in the mornings! Hate this town! Every surrounding town is like 5 degrees hotter at least! Lol

Right now it's 20C, but we are expecting more rain. I feel like a sook complaining about the cold and then hearing all of these crazy temperatures! When I lived in central Queensland it would plummet to -5C in winter and then soar way about 40C in summer. Luckily the summer heat was just dry heat and not humid, I hate humidity :/

It's 8 degrees here now and we are in the dog days of summer. I don't blanket my horses even when its the middle of winter.

The horses at both barns I've been to don't blanket their horses in that weather either.
