Sholder/Knee Problem Help

Can anybody give advice on sholder/Knee ailment

My Arab as had sholder stiffness for some time usally walks it out , recently there as been added jarring to his Knees and is now walking with one leg directly in front of the other(please see clip) causing him to trip and fall, as the hip cannot follow he slips to the floor.

Any Advice would be helpfull
