That depends on where you live, how old your horse is and exactly what kind of living arrangements and work she is in.
It's pretty likely that you have all of the spring vaccines covered, but flu/rhino vaccines should likely be boostered at least once a year if not twice. And there are a few other risk-based vaccines that may need to be considered depending on what you do with your horse.
