SI injections- recovery and rehab?

Anyone have their horse's SI joint injected? What was the outcome?

What sort of rehab did it take to get the horse going again?

Just had my horse's SI injected yesterday. She is a grade 1 lameness at the trot, but can't canter without being very uncomfortable. Vet did X rays of hocks stifles, but said she isn't lame enough to block. Thinks it is pelvis pain.
