Skinny Arab just joined our family

We have recently bought a 24yr grey old Arabian Mare, Laasanna.
She came to us with TERRIBLE hooves, very skinny, (possibly worms?), and VERY sloppy Manure eg resembles cow manure exactly :(
We have had her for around a month, she is putting on a little weight, we've had her hooves done, and wormed her the other day.
But the one thing I am very concerned about, is that her manure does not seem to be righting itself whatsoever. We have thought possibly the grass is too rich, as we are on a dairy farm and she is not used to that, so we have been feeding her LOTS of hay, and little grass at all, but it still won't thicken up. What to do???!!!
She is still very perky, eyes are clear, vital signs are fine, attitude, definitely fine, tail never goes down as normal arabs are lol.
But any suggestions?

This is Laasanna
At her old house

When she got home, her in her brand new cover (Water proof unlike the one at her old house)

Do you have a recent photo of her without a blanket so we can see how she's looking? She definitely looks like she has worms in the first picture. Or its her fat sagging from age, but I don't know.

When I got my 20 yr.old he also had very running manure, vet said to give him sandclear for 7 days off 7 days and back on 7 days and it cleared him up I had to dewormed him also.

Oops, I also forgot to add the fact that we were told she has had 6 foals in the past.

And no we don't have a recent photo without a cover on. Will get one as soon as I can
