My horse has little white-ish gray bugs in his mane area down by the scalp and on the very top of his neck. I can't get any pictures, because they're in and out of the hair. I just noticed them yesterday night when I was riding. They're super tiny and look like they have wings, so it leads me away from thinking lice. (but they could be.)
Anyway, I wanted your opinions on what they could be and what to do. If anyone has pictures, I could probably identify what they are. I sprayed his mane with some microtek and fly spray for the time being. I'm out there every day, so I can treat it regularly. I just need help on how to go about doing so.
