SmartOmega 3

What do you think of the supplement Smart Omega 3? (SmartOmega 3 from SmartPak Equine)

I was looking for a multi purpose supplement including a coat supplement and a multi vitamin supplement. I am not sure this is a good enough multi vitamin supplement, but I am sure it would work for the coat supplement.

My mare gets very staticy in the winter, especially when blankets come out. Would a dry coat cause this? Would the coat supplement help with it?
