Smokey is now 23 and has never had any episodes of any sort before in all his years. I was speaking to a trainer/breeder and told him the story, and I realized that when it had happened before he was grazing on line (with me) He said that it is possible that Smoke had a "Sugar Rush" sort to speak, he hasn't been on fresh grass since May and when he gets a chance he pigs out big time, his mouth is so full he can hardly chew! So I am having the vet come out to take blood work to make sure everything is working fine and keeping him off grass and only on hay and cutting back on the sweetfeed, he is nice and round not lacking in body weight. He said he had a horse like that, it was diabetic! Thanks everyone for caring![img]
