Sore horses?

What's your favorite way to deal with a sore horse? The past couple of days my horse has been a little sore, hopefully when I head out today everything is all good.

Are you talking lame, stiff or what?

Best way is to stay off, not work and figure out why horse is sore.

But too many people keep riding and working horse like that, with the result that a small problem becomes a major one.

It's a soreness issue. I've checked him over a million times along with a couple of people, one being someone who works at my vets office. He's getting the next couple days off as well. I've seen wayyy to many lame horses be pushed way past their limits.
