Sore on left shoulder??????

Citrus is definitely lame on his left shoulder.... I can find the spot when massaging him because his skin crawls elsewhere everytime I rub there.

THE VET IS COMING THURSDAY..... but I was wondering if any of you had other remedies for until then (massage, accupuncture)....

What happens is when is going to the left, he just does not seem as strong and bobs his head every few strides.....
