Question Still looking for a immune booster supplement, help needed

Okay so as many of you know this winter has not been fair to Oliver, first a cold then turned into pneumonia and now just getting over another cold. We where worried it was going to turn into pneumonia again with how fast after being back and going under saddle again he got sick. We got him on Hiltin's Herbal immune booster and that seems to have kicked the bug in the butt!

Now I'm still looking for a supplement to aid and better his what seems to be very weak immune system. He is getting time off again to let his body recovery from all these bugs and antibiotics and what not, won't start back to work till after the move to the new barn on the first of febuary.

I am looking for a immune booster with little additives to it and as little sugar, his body just seems to not be able to handle these things.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly welcome!

I don't have one type of supplement to suggest, but I am a huge believer in SmartPak. They have a great selection of stuff and their customer service is the best. Here's their immune supplement category - Horse Immune Supplements - Horse Supplements from SmartPak Equine

Fairly good list there...hope it helps a little. Hope he recovers quickly so you guys can get back to work. :)

Thank you, I just got off the phone with on of there specialists and we decided smart protect ultra is the way to start out, it's in my budget and has very little additives, just to hold it together in pellet form. Hopefully this works!

Awesome! They also offer free taste test samples to try if your horse is picky.
