Red face Strangles vaccination booster - how long after?

My horse just got the Strangles vaccination for the first time because we're moving to a new barn. Somebody told me that she's supposed to get the booster 2 weeks after the first one, but my vet told me today that it should be 3 weeks minimum. I'm obviously going to go with what my vet said, but what have you done in the past? 2, 3 weeks after, or more? Just wondering! Thanks!

(also, can you people reading this see my profile picture? I can't see it so I'm wondering whether it worked.)
