    Ooooo that barn worker would have had more then a few words if it was my horse.
    Glad to see she's healing well though.

    Thanks prinella!

    I will try to get some pictures today when I change her wrap again. It seems to be doing better since last Friday when it was all torn open again. Fingers crossed it looks even better today :)

    Just an update for everyone.. I seem to be pretty terrible about getting pictures lately... but the good news is that its FINALLY beginning to smooth out around the edges so I think we are starting to heal!! :)

    Have you tried Vetricyn? (sp?) I've heard that really works well on wounds.

    yes I use vetericyn on almost every wound and I love the stuff! I started out using it on this wound but it simply wasn't getting any better. Then my BO suggested using blue kote so we tried that and it did nothing. Now i'm using a steroid ointment that I got from the vet and so far it seems to be working! I also placed an order with resolve wound but i'm still waiting for it to arrive.

    Here is my girl's leg today.. big improvement!! I can't wait till she is finally all better!
