Supplement: Remission

My horse has Equine Metabolic Syndrome and I was recommended the supplement Remission. The main problem I am having with his condition is that I am away at college and I am not home enough to work with him to help keep his condition in check. His weight is fine but now he has a crest on his neck that has yet to go away. With winter coming along I will have even less of an opportunity to work with him because I do not have an indoor arena. I have tried others like Heiro and another supplement by SmartPak and I have seen little progress in the crest diminishing.
So the reason for this post is I was wondering if anyone else has used Remission and what are your thoughts on it. Any information is greatly appreciated Thanks for all your help

I am subscribing because I am about to start my guy on it as well, and I'm curious about the results.

I had a boarder who fed that to her mare but she always was a bit on a plump/cresty side. I couldn't say if that was due to her condition or the amount of food she was being fed (i would have cut her grain ration personally). The boarder raved about the remission stuff though. :/

Why did the boarder rave about the remission stuff? Did it not help her horse at all?

she felt it helped her horse quite a bit and would never take the horse off the stuff. I didn't know the mare before being on it so I can't say. I've only ever met one other person who fed the remission and they also loved it. *shrug* sorry... not the most helpful response. :(

This actually helps a lot! I've been through so many supplements for my horse and this one sounds the most promising. Thanks for your help
