Horses are better off outside not locked up in a stall. Just because others lock their horses in stalls doesn't mean its right. Yeah they survive but the effects of it aren't aways appearent to the owner who is clueless.

My horse live outside 24 7 I only have 5 acers 3 is for the horses so lack of land has nothing to do with it. My horses welfare is top prority period.
But on the other hand I will try to find some where near me that tests the hay and can tell me what it lacks

OP, folks on this forum who reply to posts like yours are trying to help. Well-being of the horse goes a long way, keeps horse happy and healthy and owner even happier. So if you would fill us in we might have a few more tips.
