Question Sweaty Horses

I need to know how much excersize it takes to make an average horse sweat! If you could post answers, that would be greatly, greatly aprieciated !!! Thank you!

It depends on the fitness level of the horse, your location, what you're doing, how fuzzy the horse is...

Plus how humid it is.

Could you be more specific with your question? Are you trying to determine if your horse is working hard enough? If that's the case sweat shouldn't be the determining factor it should be breathing and heart rate, along with the recovery time.

Hmm my fat out of shape horses hardly ever sweat anymore..

Age, fitness level, weather, feed , level of work ect all come into play

Nope. As mentioned, you need to watch heart rate and breathing more than sweat. My three main riding horses all sweat differently - with the same amount of work.

There are just sooo many variables, so its basically impossible to say an average =P
