Swollen Lips and Tongue Rolling?

My best guess would be that she either has a sticker or thorn stuck somewhere inside her cheek, or she has something stuck between her teeth or in her gum line. Though with the swelling, I'm leaning towards thorn or such actually imbedded into the lining of her cheek.

The "snake tongue" may be waggling around trying to dislodge whatever is bothering her.
