Good job, and kudos to you for rescuing a horse! How old is she? Whats her history? Sorry if you've posted another thread about it, I don't seem to see it.

Well she doesnt have worms and as of right now I've just been introducing her to more hay. The amount she should be having.. but im going to get grain this weekend and bring it to her .. itll help alot more!

As for her story my mom told me about a lady from church that needed help with her horses. So I was like ok ill go and groom, bathe, work them.. but unfortunatly that wasnt really the kinda help she needed. They are very very loving people but the economy got the best off them.. they have 7 all together and my horse and her half sister got the worst of the deal beeing fed way less.. not fare at all but so I started paying for hay and im the process of moving her closer to me at a boarding place so that I know for sure she will get whats hers and that I can start puttin muscle on her. I named her Liberty and she's a 3 years old TB!!

Her topline looks great! Those youngsters! They always bounce right back. Keep doing what your doing...hay is your best friend! Don't overload her with grain...just get her enough that she can get some nutrition.

Is there a certent area for showing pictures and asking questions about rescues and rehabing rescued horses? I'm almost at 30 days since we rescued Jack and would love to get some feed back or even advice from others who have " been there, done that"
