three year olds teeth?

So my 3 year old I got in july has like blood on his gums lining some of his teeth my other two horses don't have this. I was just wondering what could be going on? Its on the bottom.

He's probably still losing baby teeth. Horses lose and get new teeth until they are about 5 years old.
