tiny little spot that seems to always sweat...

My friend has a horse who sweats constantly on her neck (the spots about the size of a large thumb).

Within the last little while I've noticed my horse has the exact same thing, except his is under his chest to his right - not quite at his girth.

    What is this?

I think it just might be a spot where the horses sweat. I'm not sure but now I really want to find out.

I know! It drives me crazy not knowing what it is.

I hope someone on here might know...
