Triple crown 30%-how much does a cup weigh?

I just got a bag of the TC30% (thanks to Peggysue for her suggestions), the feed store had been out of it so they said they would hold a bag for me, anyway, I just got it and it's still in my car. I do have a scale at my barn, but I don't exactly trust it's accuracy. Anyway, i'm going to be boarding my OTTB with my riding instructor for a month so that I can use the indoor and have her there to help me out with her and I'm trying to write up a feeding chart for Bella but since I haven't used the 30% yet, i'm not sure how many cups/quarts she will need. I'm going to start her off on 1lb of 30%(.5lb 2x a day) and she is also getting 5lbs of TC senior(2.5 2x a day) and alfalfa pellets, but I can't remember the weight...anyway, does anyone know about how many cups 1lb if TC30% is?
Thanks sorry if I skipped around, my son(3.5 yrs) was talking my ear off while I was trying to type lol
