Look at what happened to my horse on Sunday!! We have no idea how he did it and we've scoured his turn! I took this pic on Monday and can you see the swelling? Looks like he's had a tight halter on!!

At least today the swelling was down and it wasn't sore! Hope the hair grows back!

Yeah we moved him to a different turn out until we find the 'stickers and thorns'.....grrr! Currently his hock sores are healing up nicely, he has a case of girth itch which is 'just there' and isn't sore and now he has his nose scrape! I feel like I spend more time doctoring than riding!!!

I thought it was a nail too....couldn't find one. I'm thinking there a tip of wire sticking out somewhere. I'm going to don my gloves tomorrow morning and run my hand under the rails to see if I can 'feel' what I can't see.......I tell ya, if a horse can do it - he will!!

Oh goodness, silly Henry!! I think I need to put him in a bubble with Berk. So send him on over here so I can take that pain in your rear off your hands

I've got to be honest though, I'd rather he beat up his head before he beat up his legs!!!!

Sorry Muppet. Hope he heals well and soon, and that you find what did it!
