Oh my that would suck. I just noticed the Op is in Canada, is it sandy there? I never thought of Canada as a dry sandy place?

It's not so bad, I'm used to it :) have had horses in sand my whole equestrian life.

And I will admit I didn't look at OP's location but some of the pics did look pretty sandy, which is why I suggested it :)
