Post Weight Gain?

Hi. I have a 4 year old QH mare named scratch who is about 14.3 hands and maybe 950 pounds. I'm hoping to put 60 pounds on her by next Saturday, is this possible? If so, what is a good feed/supplement/something I can do to achieve my goal?

What is her current feed program and why are you wanting the weight by that date?
That particular goal is a bit unrealistic, imo.

There is a show she is going to that day and I just want her to look a bit fatter. Her ribs are NOT showing but I would like her to put on a tad bit more weight.
She gets fed 1 1/2 scoop of 10/10/10 grain and a spoon full of veg. Oil 2 x's a day!

60 lbs?! Highly unlikely..

5-10lbs, not too unreasonable as long as you do it via increasing the hay. Don't give a horse too much grain as that can lead to problems. Feed more frequently.
