What a crazy day!

Oh my! That looks aweful! So glad it's taken care of. That makes me wonder about my gelding..he has a scar right in that same spot on his foot I've never known what happened. Hope he feels better soon!

Just wanted to update that Warrior is doing great, he's eating his bute and SMZ's in his grain like candy and he is walking completely sound on the leg. He was getting the bandage changed today, I wasn't there so i'm not sure how it all went. He's a really good patient so i'm sure he was good. How long do you guys think before he is ridable? He's not my horse and i've never ridden him, i'm just curious how long he will be out of commission. He's the go to horse for kids lessons and summer camp is coming up in july so I was just wondering if he would still be out of work then.
