What do you think about this bump on the leg?

The leg on the right, on the outside above/on the fetlock.I don't know what to think about this bump. It has no heat, horse is not lame, and it is not soft like it is filled with fluid, it is almost hard. And like I said it seems to not be painful. I'm not good with posting pics so we will see if this works...

How long has it been there and how old is the horse?

About a week or two and the horse is 15ish.

It looks a little like ringbone, but I suppose it could be a temporary swelling from a concussive injury.

Thank you for the reply. I will look into the ringbone more in-depth. Today it felt a little warm. But it might be a little smaller??? I'm not quite sure what to do with it but have been poulticing with numatizone.
