what do you think about this feed?

I will be bringing my new gelding home soon, and the snow will start to fly and I will have to start feeding. SOOOO what do you all think about this feed:
http://ottercoop.com/_customelements...seTextured.pdf as a supplement to good quality hay, with free access to both a salt and mineral block. The gelding is a 16hh reg. 5 year old quarter horse who is in good health and good weight, but (I am told) looses a little bit of weight in the winter months. Thanks!!
Here a also a picture of the new horse (Blitz) and my hubby =) (forgive the pink halter)
