Question What do you think of these feet! Advice please!

These are pictures of my 6 yr old Tbs feet. He was barefoot for a while but he became foot sore after poor trimming by a different farrier. He also used to forge but not anymore, he does however trip constantly. His back feet are terrible they are always chipping and cracking.

He had his feet done about 3 weeks ago. Lately I have noticed he is a little sore in his front right. He looks as if he is landing toe first and scooping when he lifts it. Also when I pick his left foot he tries several times to put it down. His Pastern is a bit warm and his front feet are warm but not really hot.

Just looking for some opinions on his feet and some tips on what I can do about his terrible back feet.
There is also a 30 second video of him walking on the lunge line.(Bettery died so I couldnt get anymore video)
