Cutter gets a small scoop of Safechoice grain and a couple handfulls "High Fiber Gold" hay subsitute for morning and evening meals, and in the evening he also gets corta flex plus HA joint supplement.

The "High fiber Gold" is really just a treat since I won a huge bag of it at a horse raffle so im just trying to use it up, and cutter loves it anyways.
Its a mix of oat hay, alfalfa and timothy with alittle bit of I think soybean oil to keep it dust free

Anyone know much about 3-way hay? I guess it's pretty regional, from what I have read. My horse was on alfalfa back home, which made him really hot, so I am hoping the three way will calm him down some. He has a lot of anxiety issues from past experiences. I am trying to also figure out if he needs anything additional to the feed, I know both the other horses in his pasture are supplemented. (sorry to change direction of my thread a little)
I actually don't like alfalfa much and don't feed it (except in really cold nights in winter as a supplement, but I probably won't do it this year). It's too rich IMO. I feed them timothy. Also orchard is very popular around here and some people feed brome hay.
