Coggins is typically drawn annually, as that is the accepted life of the negative certification - it's really somewhat a moot point though, imo, as the horse could draw negative and be exposed the next day so the next 364 days of "negative certification" would be completely false.
As you are boarding, you will need to abide by the requirements of the facility in question as to what vaccines are given to your horse - anything above/beyond that should be decided between yourself and your vet as the recommended vaccines will vary from one locale to the next. Also, if you intend to travel/show, you will want to consult with that in mind.
Deworming is best done on an "as needed" basis - as identified by periodic FEC (Fecal Egg Count) done by the vet to determine what the target parasites are for your horse at any given time so as to be able to treat specific to that. The old rotational system has become outdated.
