Smile What is Water Trapping?

I didn't know where else to put this ()

I was wondering what water trapping was. I was on the BLM's site looking at their schedule for this year and one of them mentioned that water-trapping was going to be used. I have no clue what that is. Just wondering!

MY guess is they build some sort of enclosure around a water source & trap the horses when they come to drink?

Yes, they set up a pen around a water hole or mineral block and eventually the horses end up trusting it, go in it, and then a person would close it with a remote usually...

It sounds better than running them to death with helicopters like they do around here in Nevada.
