I don't think everyone would consider this a horse care task. But I enjoy touching and rubbing my horses. "And of course my dog too." Healing hands anyone.LOL

Truth passes through three stages. First it is ridiculed. Second it is violently opposed. Third it is accepted as self evident.

I love brushing the most, brushing the body, tail, mane and face. I love bringing out a beautiful gloss in my horses coat and I like brushing my horses face because she really likes it and relaxes and sighs while I do it.

Grooming. I could brush horses all day long.

Grooming grooming! I love conditioning and brushing his tail and digging up a lot of dirt and dead hairs with a curry and brushing them away so he's clean and pretty.

Not so much baths, just regular brushing and grooming.

I also really like mixing his bucket with supplements and the different feed he gets. That might just be my favorite part because he is SO excited to see me when I'm carrying a bucket!

It's so weird how us "horse people" love doing little things for our horses that most people would hate doing.

Oh, and Payette. How do you trim your horses hooves? If I got a horse I thought I would just have the farrier do it...but I bet doing it yourself saves lots of money!

I love seeing an emaciated, hide stretched over rickety bones horse come back to life and gallop, fat butt jiggling!!!

I love it when the horses are happy and they run and buck and fart.

Brushing them, cleaning feet and feeding, oh heck there isn't anything I don't like.

Spent a whole hour today laying in a pasture, waiting for a sparkling vampire to show up. Alas, I woke up and looked over, only to find a mound of horse crap. Sigh.
