Default Whats best to fill out a show horse??

I have a show horse that had a baby the first of the year and I let a friend of mine take care of her and she lost alot of weight. I have put weight back on her but shes not filling out in her butt and I wanted to see if anyone had suggestions on weight builders. I have somw friends that use pro advantage but its expensive, I just wanted to try a supplement first before I switched feed. I have found a few like weight builder and someone suggested Calf Manna but I want opinions from someone who has used these products. Thanks

I'll be watching this post. My horse is going on a multivitamin for the winter i believe. That i think is going to help him fill out a bit. He got his grain increased (he's very active) also.
I think maybe a muscle building supplement might help if its in her bum.....

well honestly....pics would be helpful =P

when looking at multi vitamins be sure to add those levels to what the horse is getting in it's feed... some things go from safe to toxic fast ... the ration balancers I talk about are safe to be feed with UNfortified products... but they provide a full range and level of GOOD vitamins/minerals, amino acids(muscle builders) and pre/pro bios

Default I am not promoting any products..

But what I have done for my show babies, is I use performance feeds to get them fit and conditioned for shows. I started out using products like Equine Junior by purina, which was great for starting to stack weight and getting foals to start eating grains. I switch over to dynasty junior by kent feeds to improve the top line and "bubble butt" appearance. The only suppliments I use are omegiten for dress and a 12/12 daily just for added nutrition.

I've found that good quality, free choice hay is the best for filling them out.

I liked to see all the feeding advice given but remember the key is also to increase his workout with a proper training schedule. Collection, extension, lateral work, transitions. You can't just feed a horse and expect a miracle. Got to work out as well.
