    When will he stop growing?

I have a 3 year old standie that has grown half an inch in the last month and seems to be going through a growth spurt. He's 15.2 hands right now. How long do they grow for? I figured he'd be pretty much full grown at 3. How much more should I expect him to grow?

I find they mostly keep growing till they are 5-6 yrs. They grow not so much in height may get an inch or 2 but more body out.My one mare is 5 this year she is a thick girl & finally mature more balanced looking. This is the year I should be showing her in halter, previous years she just seemed like bits & pieces, growing awkwardly
