Whole Flaxseed vs. Flaxseed Oil?

I am considering starting my OTTB on Flaxseed. However, I am not sure which form is more beneficial. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

I have been using something called Grand Coat and the first ingredient in it is flax seed and I could see and feel a diffrence in there coats in 2 weeks. I really love the stuff!

There are currently 2 other threads going on their same subject today. You might try looking there, rather than people having to answer the same thing over and over. Just search for flax and you will find them. I did, and easily.
