Wind galls or something else?????

I知 hoping I知 just being overly paranoid and at the worst my little princess has managed to develop wind galls and I知 getting myself all worried for nothing.
I got her in from the field four days ago and noticed swellings either side of her right fetlock. The whole fetlock area was swollen but more noticeable the two swellings either side which were hot trotted her up and she was slightly lame. I cold hosed bandaged and kept her in. the following day the farrier came out to her so I asked his opinion to which he said there just wind galls nothing to worry about. Now a few days on I知 still cold hosing, she痴 still in and bandaged of a night the swelling has gone down slightly but there is still a bit of heat in them, am I just being overly fussy??? Not sure if you can really see much on the pictures. The first two are the day she came in, others are from today and the final one is of the left fetlock just for a bit of comparison.
