Winter Blanket Brands? Reviews

I wasn't sure where to put this, but Blankets are a health related product, so it couldn't hurt to post this here:

I bought two new Showman 1200 Denier Waterproof Winter Horse Blankets
On ebay because they were on a one day sale for only $35 each.

Has anyone used this brand?
Would they be suitable for West Virginia winters - fairly cold and just a bit of snow - for horses turned out in paddocks without run ins for a few hours here and there?

Thanks!

I've never used this brand - but I have similar blankets. They should be just fine for WV winters :)

Sounds like a very decent blanket to me. I usually buy from Horseloverz or Equiteric(same peeps)on Ebay and pay around that for Gastby's. They work great for Kansas winters on an old blind horse who has a stall w/run 24/7..
