13 year old looking for horse job

Hello!

I am a 13 year old responsible kid. @ the moment I have enough money to buy a horse for me. I have owned 4 horses and my friend owns a barn where I can board my horse for pretty cheap. I am looking for some kind of horse job for me to save some more money for board. My friends barn insn't a big barn so I can't work for money there. I have a barn that I take lessons at but I don't know what I could do their. Plus is their another type off horse related job you can think of? Or ( maybe if it is a good pay) a non horse related?

Any trainers close by, that could use someone to help with getting the horses ready while he/she is working with another one, clean the pens, fill water/etc.....a friend and I trained here a couple years ago and we hired a couple young girls to help with stuff like that which we paid them for......

Ask your trainer. I am quite sure she has stalls to muck etc. Also do you know any hay providers in your area? (this is where talking to your trainer would be helpful) they often need help moving hay, loading it etc.

Babysitting, mowing lawns, shoveling snow (if you have it in winter), walking dogs, cleaning yards of people that have dogs, and cleaning houses.

In the US and at age 13, you can't get a normal job as an employee. The law doesn't allow it. But I don't know where you are at. All you could do here is odd jobs for cash.
