Co-op to do with horses?

I am doing a 4 credit co-op next semester and my co-op teacher already came to me to ask what I would like to do, and I told him not intireley sure but I have thought about working at a vet clinic and he said, that in order to work there all day I would really have to like the job. But that was just suggestion. I want to work any where that involves equine. Any ideas?

Are there public stables that need help? Horse rescues? Breeding farms? Race tracks?

Like what type of work that I can do, i'm 16
