Inquiry about working with horses overseas

Hi there, so am new to this thing but I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas/thoughts on working with horses overseas.
So im from a small country called New Zealand and have a strong passion for horses. I love riding and im really keen to go overseas and ride or get a job in the equine industry. I love hacking out and would love to work on a ranch as well as work in the showjumping industry. Anyways I just have a huge passion for horse riding and would love to find out some information on ways I can be involved in any area of equestrian.
Thanks
