Job needed

I'm looking for a horse job around Fredrick Maryland doing either barn work (mucking, feeding, barn maintenance, ect.) or with training and exercising horses. I am 16 and i've been riding since I was 4. I ride dressage and where I ride at now I train and exercise horses and also work for my lessons but I need a paying job :/ I'm willing to do anything and am a fast learner. Hard worker!
