Looking for a horse trainer in Soutwestern Pennsylvania

I'm looking for a trainer who is in or around the Pittsburgh area. Or in the southwestern part of Pa. Personally we are closer to the Somerset area. Need a trainer who is willing to take 18mo filly, help her with retraining and rehoming. Owner is afraid of her, and I don't have enough experience to be of much help for her. She is a very rambunctious Paso Fino. Any suggestions would be great!
